Diving a little deeper into my journey...

Growing up with entrepreneurial parents, I began learning the ins and outs of running a business from day one. I graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2015 with a Business Degree focusing in Management & Marketing. It was here that I began my spiritual journey and the day after graduating I moved to the Florida Keys to earn my 200-Hour Yoga Teaching Certification. This was the true start to my first spiritual awakening since my YTT blasted my chakras & clair senses wide open. I had to learn fast how to protect my energy & navigate what was happening.

Soon I became the Marketing Director of a nonprofit in the Florida Keys where I laid the foundation for their marketing efforts. After a couple of years, I quit to become my own boss & started Stay Collective Co, a branding and website design studio. Throughout all of this, I continued on my spiritual journey taking courses on things like crystals, astrology, advanced psychic protection & more, earning my Reiki I & II certification, and absorbing as much information as I could.

I worked with over 100 businesses & after years of designing websites, creating brands & guiding launches, something was missing & I still felt unfulfilled. I had done all of the things society told me to do to “heal” and “feel better” but none of them worked or they only got me so far. Eventually the progress stopped & I thought that this was as good as it gets. This is how life is and I have to live this way.

Everything changed when I began working with coaches, healing my own deep-rooted traumas & focusing on aligning with my highest self through energy healing and somatic work. The more I did, the more my life changed for the better. I could feel again. I felt alive again. I felt free.

I also felt a new chapter approaching. I knew I was meant to start another business & I knew it was going to be spiritually based but I had no clue what that would look like. As I continued diving deeper, I found my way to the Akashic Records & everything continued to evolve from there. I felt the most aligned when I was doing my spiritual practices & helping others on their journey which is why I began Mari Leigh.

I could not have dreamed this new business would turn into what it has. For the first time in this life, I can honestly say I love what I do. Helping women heal & experience a life they never knew was possible for them has been the most rewarding, fulfilling work. I’m ready to help you do the same…
